As one of the world's largest providers of business process outsourcing and product support services, iQor boasts 32,000 employees across 18 countries. After acquiring Jabil's Aftermarket Services division in 2014, iQor sought us out to create a more approachable identity and streamline their brand narrative with a custom-designed responsive website.
With corporate offices, call centers and repair depots around the globe, our goal was to create a memorable and highly recognizable brand experience that could be carried successfully across a billboard banner in the Philippines to a custom hiring portal that's accessible on any mobile device.

With over 40 individual services, solutions and product offerings across 9 different industries, it's no wonder iQor needed reinforcement telling their newly integrated story. Our first order of business was to create the basic foundation of the brand architecture by naming and categorizing services in terms of primary, secondary and tertiary solutions. This hierarchy served as the reference point that would later inform the overall site structure, new page additions, and international subdomain execution.
Telling a cohesive narrative meant exploring and understanding iQor's vast array of service offerings. Our goal was to connect three disjointed divisions under the umbrella of the larger brand identity. The identity overhaul required meetings with division and product SMEs over the course of a year. Hand illustrated, monostroke design elements and custom iconography refreshed the brand architecture set the tone for the new site. Assigning discernible color palettes, custom photography, and tailored visuals to each division meant a new, highly recognizable and approachable look to humanize the colossal brand.
We customized our proprietary CMS, Ctrl 2.0, to fit ever-evolving iQor on its journey towards expansion. One of the company's main paint points was how to easily manage and modify frequently updated web content. The massive output of new information via digital resources like datasheets, blog articles, service offerings, career listings and subdomain pages required a tool that was easy to navigate by numerous employees worldwide. Drag-and-drop functionality allows users to create and modify their unique content, post and categorize resources and blog articles, and customize layouts for over 50 different industry and service pages.

In collaboration with Qeymetrics' Product Development team, Brave retooled the charts and reports on iQor's top-selling business intelligence platform. QeyMetrics™, iQor's proprietary performance reporting software lets businesses measure, analyze and decipher big consumer data into tangible insights.
The "Experience Matters" campaign concept utilizes a combination of playful, monostroke illustrations coupled with engaging imagery that leverages the human element. An ongoing partnership with iQor for all web, marketing and sales needs means helping the global conglomerate maintain brand consistency worldwide.
