A minimum of 3 years designing digital experiences and products in a professional setting
An established understanding of User Experience principles and User Interface best practices
A proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
An excellent ability to think on your feet and apply feedback efficiently and critically
An ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally both spoken and typed
A portfolio you’re proud of

Strong interest in exploring the next frontier of digital design and interaction and drive to stay up to date in the latest design trends and technology
Design digital experiences such as marketing sites, e-commerce platforms, and products for various devices
Balance visual design and UX
Turn customer research into insights and design principles
Combine industry best practices with your own expertise and insights on behavior
Build prototypes to illustrate ideas
Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Have ideas and opinions, and incorporate them with those of your teammates
Work in Figma (as well as full Creative Cloud) for design and prototyping purposes
Think strategically and apply your skills to proactive problem solving
Work with other Designers, Strategists, and Developers to identify project objectives and create great work
Hone communication skills as you present to both internal and external teams

Experience and comfort working remotely with a team
